The Clarets Trust has called a Special General Meeting for 7:00pm on Tuesday 21 July 2026. The meeting will be held
via Zoom and is open to Trust members.
Members will be asked to consider and vote on two principal items:
- the Trust’s annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025; and
- an extraordinary resolution to adopt updated Football Supporters’ Association model rules.
The proposed rules form part of the Trust Board’s ongoing work to strengthen the organisation’s governance and provide
a clearer, more up-to-date framework for the future. If approved by members, the rules will still require formal registration
by the Financial Conduct Authority before taking effect.
