Clarets Trust 2019 AGM Board Elections

Clarets Trust Board Elections at the Trust AGM held on Saturday 11th May 2019.

Lots were drawn to determine the period of service for the five members recently elected to the Trust Board.

Martin Barnes, Nigel Cotterill and Kevin Holden were declared elected for a three year term.
Jane Pike was elected for a two year term.
Liam Hallinan was elected for a one year term.

The Meeting also confirmed the co-option of Terry Walton for a further year.

The Meeting also agreed that a Vice Chair should be elected from with the Board Membership.

It was also agreed to increase the number of Board Members that could be co-opted from 2 to 3.
