The Trust award for Player of the year was made before the start of the final game of the season against Bournemouth on Sunday 13th May 2018.
Trust Members Martin Barnes and his son presented the Trust trophy to the winner NICK POPE. Nick won by receiving over half the votes cast by Trust members.
This win crowned a week of trophy wins for Nick at the end of a great season for him. Well done Nick and all best wishes for the future from all the Clarets Trust Members.
UPDATE – 16th May – To cap a great season, Nick will have to cancel his holiday plans as he has been named part of England’s squad at the World Cup in Russia.
