CHAMPIONSHIP CHALLENGE
As we start our new home season in the Championship the Clarets Trust hopes to see a great challenge for automatic promotion. During the summer we have seen a few of our great favourites move on. At the same time we extend a warm welcome to several new faces.
Who will be the challengers for Player of the Year this season?
Vokes’ great goal at Leeds last week ensured we took a point in our first game on the road to securing our return to the Premier. Not an easy task in a tough division!
A larger pitch area and other work at Turf Moor, plus the work planned at Gawthorpe is all evidence of the Club’s aims for the future.
With the generous support of the Club the Trust has just sent some great football kit to The OTTERY PROJECT. This helps to give a new life to former street kids in Cape Town, South Africa. Thanks for the support for this
